A playful rebrand for a global
community of IT professionals.
CHALLENGE
CITF is a global network of IT professionals, offering cutting-edge programmes, best-practice knowledge, and critical insights to leading firms worldwide. Their ask to design studio GMT was to deepen engagement with existing members, improve their sense of belonging, and boost new acquisitions.
OPPORTUNITY
CITF prides itself on providing a safe, sales-free space where members can develop their skills. Following the concept ‘Collaborative Thinking’ we designed a flexible system that would quietly enhance their learning experience, encourage ongoing interaction between them and opportunities for shared growth.
MY ROLEFreelance Art Director at design studio GMT. I worked alongside GMT’s Creative Director and CITF’s Brand Manager on the strategy, while guiding and supervising the creative team.
IMPACT
The rebrand was instrumental in positioning CITF as a recognisable name within the IT industry. Twelve months after launch, member retention had increased by 28%, while new member acquisition was up by 15%.
